Payment Policy

 

1️⃣ Refund Eligibility

 

 

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:

 

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

 

 

Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

 


 

 

2️⃣ Non-Refundable Items

 

 

  • Items that have been used or opened.

  • Any item not in its original condition.

  • Shipping fees (unless the error was on our part, e.g., wrong or defective item).

 

 


 

 

3️⃣ How to Request a Refund

 

 

  1. Contact us at support@fogiana.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.

  2. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item (if applicable).

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

 


 

 

4️⃣ Refund Processing

 

 

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

 

 


 

 

5️⃣ Late or Missing Refunds

 

 

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

 

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider (processing times may vary).

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@fogiana.com.

 

 


 

 

6️⃣ Exchanges
